Return & Refund Policy

At The Steph's Pet Selection, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with every order.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered — no return needed. Simply contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund or free reshipping at no cost to you.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size If you'd like to return an item for personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind), we can process a refund only once the item is returned. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@thestephpetselection.com with your order number and photos/video if applicable
  2. We'll review your request within 2 business days and confirm next steps
  3. If a return is approved, we'll provide the return address
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed in 5-10 business days
